Fall / Winter HEAT MAINTENANCE

GAS FIRED HEAT Maintenance

The season is approaching and once again it is time for your heating system(s) pre-season maintenance.  We strongly advise pre-season maintenance on all heating system(s).  Having your system serviced prior to the season can avoid costly repairs.  Please do not wait until the season is upon us.  Call for your maintenance contract NOW.     

Depending on your system we will perform the following services:
1.  Clean and calibrate thermostat
2.  Check all high and low voltage wiring and connections
3.  Lubricate all moving parts
4.  Check belt and adjust tension (replace if necessary, no charge)
5.  Check air filters (replace standard filters if necessary, no charge)
Please note:  any premium filters are an additional charge”
6.  Check for proper gas pressure
7.  Check for proper air flow         
8.  Check amperage of all motors and circulator pumps
9.  Check for contact wear on all contactors and relays
10.  Check and clean all burner chambers
11.  Check all limit and safety controls
12.  Check noise level of all components
13.  Check air temperature across heat exchanger
14.  Notify customer of any recommendations to improve efficiency
15.  Check all zone valves and dampers
16.  Purge all hot water systems of air

If additional service is needed during the season you will be given priority and there will
be no service or travel charge for the call.  However, there will be a labor charge for time spent on the job.  If parts are required, the customer will be advised of the cost prior to replacement.  As a contract customer you will also receive a 10% discount on most parts.

AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

Air Conditioning Maintenance:

The season is approaching and once again it is time for your air conditioning   system(s) pre-season maintenance.  We strongly advise pre-season maintenance on all air conditioning system(s).  Having your system(s) serviced prior to the season can avoid costly repairs.  Please do not wait until the season is upon us. Call for your maintenance contract now

     This service will include:

1. Clean and calibrate thermostat
2. Check all high and low voltage wiring and connections
3. Lubricate all moving parts
4. Check belt and adjust tension (replace if necessary, no charge)
5. Check air filters (replace standard fiberglass filters, no charge)
6. Check refrigerant charge (if necessary)
7. Clean condenser coil
8. Check for proper refrigeration          
9. Check amperage of all motors

10. Check for contact wear on all contactors and relays
11. Check condensate drain and clean
12. Check drain on auxiliary drain pans and clean
13. Check pressure controls and safeties for proper operation
14. Check air temperature across condenser and evaporator coil
15. Notify customer of any recommendations to improve efficiency
16. Check noise level of all components
17. Check system air flow

If additional service is needed during the season you will be given priority and there
will be no service or travel charge for the call.  However, there will be a labor charge for time spent on the job.  If parts are required, the customer will be advised of the cost prior to replacement.  Maintenance customers receive a ten percent discount on all parts.  Premium filters will be changed at an additional cost.  Maintenance service scheduled after July 15th will receive 20% discount off listed price.
