Just wanted to send a quick note thanking you for sending Benny to my house Sunday morning. I hesitated to call when the house was 50 degrees and went to check the boiler to find a yellow  light.
Normally, I put in some water (slowly) and things are back to normal. Today, however the water in the tube did not budge. Benny was able to diagnose the problem, clean out the clog and get me heat. I appreciate the no charge as well.

I want to tell you about the wonderful experience I recently had with Whalen & Ives.
On Wednesday (4/8) morning I was without heat and placed a call that was actually answered by a
“real person”.  10 minutes later Dave returned my call acknowledging the problem and 10 minutes after
that Darren called to say he would be at my home before 8:00.

Within 1 hour the whole issue was resolved – I was thrilled.

Just a quick note to say "thank you" and about my recent experience with
your company. Its not often that you come across excellent customer service
and reputable companies with skilled technicians such as Darren that came
out to my home and fixed my AC.

My experience started over the past Memorial Day weekend. I turned on my AC
for the first time (I know I should have called you guys to come service it)
to find out it was not blowing cool air. We were expecting a very hot
weekend and my mother, who had just had surgery a few weeks prior, was
visiting me - so it would not have been very comfortable without AC.

I called your Emergency Service phone number, left my name and number, and
got a return call from Darren in under an hour - which was my first
surprise.

He made an appointment to meet me at my house within 30 mins. Upon arriving,
he immediately determined that my system was leaking gas because the
original installer of the AC equipment did a pretty shoddy job on an
expansion valve where the leak was pretty evident.

Needless to say, Darren fully explained my options to me, and he went about
filling the system with gas so that we could at least have the system
operational for the weekend. I got a call from you guys the next working day
with your plan to order the part and come out as soon as it came in.

You did exactly what you said you were going to do, your technicians are
excellent, and in today's environment, that is very refreshing to see and I
greatly respect that.

You will have my repeat business and can expect me to spread the word about
your service.

Just wanted to send a note to let you know how the installation went.  The three guys you sent over were fantastic!  They worked so hard to complete everything in one day, staying past 8:00 pm. Not only were they knowledgeable but the work site was so clean. After they left, you couldn’t tell they were here.
