We strongly advise maintenance to be performed on your generator yearly. Our maintenance includes a second visit which is ideal for catching dead or failing batteries. (Failed batteries are the number one cause of generator failures). Having your system serviced can help to avoid costly repairs or unexpected breakdowns.

We will perform the following during your one maintenance visit:
1. Includes one oil change with manufacturer's specified oil.
2. Replace spark plugs.
3. Check air filters (replace standard filters if necessary, no charge).
4. Check for proper gas pressure.
5. Tighten control and power wiring connections.
6. Inspect fuel piping.
7. Remove corrosion, clean and dry battery and rack.
8. Clean, tighten battery terminals and inspect boots.
9. Check Battery charger (replace battery on third year at additional cost).
10. Inspect for obstructions or combustible materials near exhaust outlet.
11. Check generator hertz and voltage.
12. Operate generator and management system with load.
13. Check insulation for fire hazards.
14. Check for exhaust leaks.
15. Visual inspection of AC/ DC circuits.
16. Check coolant on liquid cooled systems (Coolant and flushing at additional cost).
We will perform the following during your site inspection:
1. Flexible line and connectors inspection.
2. Oil Level check, topping off with manufacturer's specified oil.
3. Check for exhaust leaks.
4. Check insulation for fire hazards.
5. Check for obstructions and combustible materials.
6. Check battery charger operation and charge rate.
7. Visual inspection of AC/ DC circuits.
8. Check generator hertz and voltage.
9. Exercise generator.
10. Operate load management.
